How to apply and remove it?
Apply with a dampened sponge or brush. In general, neons are more transparent than regular colors and will need more loading.We recommend that you apply water to your brush or sponge and then load the paint rather than spraying your paints. These colors remove easily with soap and water from most surfaces.

IN LOVE RED is a UV/Neon Red created by Liliana This color does not have the day glo effect under normal lights, but it really glows under black lights! It glows as a reddish pink.

All Cameleon neon colors are hypoallergenic.
Neon colors are made with pigments that have not been approved by the USA Cosmetic Regulator to be used in cosmetics (the agency has not tested them yet for cosmetic use). According to the manufacturer they have been independently tested and determined safe for cosmetic use by independent labs and by other government agencies in different countries. Following the regulator’s guidelines, they are labeled as a Special FX Product - Prosthetic Paint (for professional use only) - Not a cosmetic Product Apply product to prosthetic appliances, bald caps, clothing, etc. This applies ONLY to the UV/Neon pigments in this product and not to the rest of the pigments, and ONLY in the USA and some parts of Europe.
Cameleon cakes are vegan and they are not tested on animals. They contain no parabens or lanolin to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. Cameleon cakes are made in China under the direction of Cameleon .bv in the Netherlands.
