Cameleon Paints UV Neon Colors | 32gr

NEON PAINT SFX NOTICE: We carry both cosmetic face/body paints and Special FX (SFX) products. Any UV/Neon color labeled as Special FX is not considered a cosmetic product in the USA or Europe. Many neon/UV products have not been tested by the USA FDA for cosmetic use, so manufacturers label them for special effects only (paper, clothing, prosthetics, etc.) to create a blacklight glow. Regulations may vary by country, so please check your local guidelines. Neon/UV paints without this warning are considered cosmetic compliant by the manufacturer. Cameleon UV Neon Pink, Orange and Yellow colors are dayglo and  they  appear  very bold under regular light as well as black light. Neon colors are a little more transparent under regular light and may need a heavier application to get an opaque coverage. For black light use, only a thin layer is needed to pop.
