What is Kryolan Aquacolor Youth Red best for?
Kryolan Aquacolor Youth Red (formally called Carmine Red) face paint is great for creating smooth, soft and even bases, specially great when painting cool fire flames, red birds, super hero faces and more. How to apply and remove this face paint?
To activate Kryolan Aquacolor face paints it is best to use a slightly moistened face painting sponge or face painting brush. Simply dip the very tip of your applicator, wipe off any excess water on the edge of the water container and start rubbing it against the face paint cake until you create a creamy consistency. If the paint is too dry add some water to your applicator, and if it is too wet simply keep working up the paint until you get the creamy consistency you need. We highly suggest that face painters, parents, makeup artists or cosplayers avoid spraying water directly on to the makeup cake as that can cause it to get too saturated with water and become too soft to to work with. Once your applicator is loaded simply apply the face paint to the face using a patting motion if you are applying a base, or swiping your brush against the skin if you are doing brush strokes.

If your customer has sensitive skin or any known allergies, it might be best to do a patch test on the inside of the elbow or wrist and wait for 30 minutes to see if a reaction occurs. If in doubt, it is always best for those with skin conditions or allergies to consult with a doctor before getting painted with Kryolan products or any other face paint brand for the first time.
To wash Kryolan Aquacolor face and body paints off simply grab a sponge or soft cloth, add some liquid soap or a little bit of water and soap and gently rub off the face paint until most of the pigment has been loosened up. Now, rinse well using warm water. If any stains remain repeat the previous steps. If after doing that you still notice some stains, apply some baby oil, lotion or makeup remover, and after a few minutes try washing it off again. If any stains still remain just sleep on it, as regular sweat and friction with your pillow will do the rest. Still though, remember to never go to bed without first washing the face paint off. Kryolan Aquacolors can stain fabrics and other porous surfaces/materials so keep it away from couches, carpets, clothing, etc.
How to store Kryolan Aquacolor face paints?
Once you are done painting for the day we recommend wiping off the surface of the cake using a clean face painting sponge and then let the paint air dry until it has the same consistency as when it was first opened. Then, put the lid on and store it away from direct sun light, extreme heat, humidity or cold since all of those conditions can alter your make up. Never leave your Kryolan face and body paints inside a hot car, sitting under the sun or put them on the refrigerator, microwave or freezer. Do not apply any other chemicals to clean the surface of your cake, and do not wipe it off using baby wipes or other fuzzy fabrics or tissues since that will leave fuzz on the surface of your face paint cake.

¿Cómo aplicar y quitar esta pintura facial?

Si tu cliente tiene piel sensible o alguna alergia conocida, podría ser mejor hacer una prueba de parche en el interior del codo o la muñeca y esperar 30 minutos para ver si se produce una reacción. En caso de duda, siempre es mejor que las personas con afecciones de la piel o alergias consulten con un médico antes de pintarse con los productos Kryolan o cualquier otra marca de pintura facial por primera vez.
Para lavar las pinturas de cara y cuerpo de Kryolan Aquacolor, simplemente toma una esponja o un paño suave, agrega un poco de jabón líquido o un poco de agua y jabón y frota suavemente la pintura facial hasta que la mayor parte del pigmento se haya aflojado. Ahora, enjuaga bien con agua tibia. Si quedan manchas, repite los pasos anteriores. Si después de hacerlo aún notas algunas manchas, aplica un poco de aceite para bebés, loción o desmaquillante, y después de unos minutos intenta lavarlo nuevamente. Si aún quedan manchas, sólo duerme, ya que el sudor y la fricción regular con tu almohada harán el resto. Sin embargo, recuerda que nunca debes acostarte sin antes lavar la pintura. Kryolan Aquacolors puede manchar telas y otras superficies / materiales porosos, así que manténlo alejado de sofás, alfombras, ropa, etc.
¿Cómo almacenar las pinturas faciales Kryolan Aquacolor?
Una vez que hayas terminado de pintar por el día, te recomendamos que limpies la superficie de la pastilla con una esponja limpia y luego dejes que la pintura se seque al aire libre hasta que tenga la misma consistencia que cuando se abrió por primera vez. Luego, coloca la tapa y guárdala lejos de la luz solar directa, calor extremo, humedad o frío, ya que todas esas condiciones pueden alterar su maquillaje. Nunca dejes las pinturas de Kryolan dentro de un automóvil caliente, al sol ni las coloques en el refrigerador, microondas o congelador. No apliques ningún otro producto químico para limpiar la superficie de tu pastilla, y no lo limpies con toallitas para bebés u otras telas o pañuelos borrosos, ya que eso dejará pelusa en la superficie de tu pintura.
