 How to use this Kabuki brush?

For best results when stenciling, do not dip this brush is water. Instead, spray the paint or the tip of the bristles and load until the paint is tacky. 
For painting bases it is will be best to spray the paint or brush because it will absorb a lot of water.  Apply the paint in a smooth circling or stippling motion.
