How to apply and remove this face paint?
The current batch of Starblend purple is very compact and hard to apply dry. We strongly suggest you only get this cake if you apply starblends wet. It will have the same water resistant quality.
Apply StarBlend face painting powders with a smoothie blender or a damped sponge or face painting brush. We recommend face painters or parents to apply this makeup dry; although it can be applied wet, once the cake has been wet it can not be used dried again. This color removes easily with soap and water. You might need to use a primer (like lotion) to make the StarBlend powders stick better to the skin. StarBlends are notorious for standing to hot and humid weather much better than regular water activated face paints.
