Bolt's Small Firm Blooming brush is perfect for all of your double loaded flower petals! *The UV orange paint may fade if in contact with direct sunlight. You may notice that your brushes will turn to different shades of orange or yellow over time. The brush pictured is a full image and an up close shot. The price listed is for one brush.
What materials are used in this brush?
Bolt Brushes are made with wooden handles and multi-diameter synthetic bristles.
What are the dimensions of this product?
This brush is 6 and 3/4" long from tip to end. The base of the bristles is approximately a little more than 1/8" in a diameter and the bristles are 5/8" long. The handles are approximately 3/16" in diameter Neon orange handles that are UV reactive and have a glossy paint job!
How to use it?
Get your brush wet, wipe the end of it against the edge of your water container, rub against your dry cake until you create a creamy consistency and then paint on the face/body.
What is this brush best for?
This Bolt face painting brush is ideal for making 1/4" to 1/2" petals depending on how firmly you press down the bristles. Great for using with rainbow cakes or double/triple loading in solid colors from tip to base. The new FIRM Bristles are great for painters that are more heavy handed and need more resistance from their brush. Because the bristles are firmer they require a little bit more water and paint than the medium bounce bristles of our original brushes. They are also easier to rinse off since they don't hold on to a lot of paint. We strive to make the best possible brush for each kind of painter and we hope that this new line of FIRM brushes will be the solution that many have been waiting for.
