What is ProAiir Neon Blue Solids Best for?
This palette has such vibrant colors, that all glow under black light! This palette contains Neon Violet, Neon Pink, Neon Orange, Neon Green, Neon Yellow, and Neon Blue. ProAiir Solid is a highly pigmented hybrid formula in dry cake form. PLEASE NOTE: The Neons colors do require more activation to get a solid load, since these cakes are drier than the other colors. They will look cracked in the palette. ProAiir Solids are for artists who are looking for a water resistant and smudge proof option. This product was designed for great coverage and durability under black lights. When applied correctly, this can create designs that last up to 3 days. Exposure to chlorinated water may fade the paint over time. Please read the neon warning below.
How to apply and remove this special fx paint?
Apply ProAiir Solids with a sponge, or brush by activating with ProAiir Prolong. DO NOT use water to activate this product. The NEON palette requires more spray and rubbing to get a good load, since the neons pigments are drier than the other Solid colors. ProAiir Solid Hybrid dries very quickly, so if you are going to use a sponge to apply it, we recommend blending colors on the sponge, and then patting on the colors or using a stipple technique to merge colors. Make sure to apply Proaiir Hybrid directly to clean, dry surfaces. These colors remove easily with liquid soap, baby oil, or makeup remover. To remove, use liquid soap FIRST by lathering it onto the paint until you see the colors break down. Then wipe clean with a wash cloth or rinse with water. Water alone will not remove this product as this is an alcohol based, water repellent product. Clean brushes with liquid soap or 91% Isopropyl Alcohol.

Neon colors are made with pigments that have not been approved by the USA Cosmetic Regulator to be used in cosmetics (the agency has not tested them yet for cosmetic use). According to the manufacturer they have been independently tested and determined safe for cosmetic use by independent labs and by other government agencies in different countries. Following the regulator’s guidelines, they are labeled as a Special FX Product - Prosthetic Paint (for professional use only) - Not a cosmetic Product Apply product to prosthetic appliances, bald caps, clothing, etc. This applies ONLY to the UV/Neon pigments in this product and not to the rest of the pigments, and ONLY in the USA and some parts of Europe. This product is also vegan as it uses no animal ingredients or by products and is not tested on animals. Please note that Proaiir Solids are Phthalate-Free, this will cause small cracks and bubbles to form on the cake. The neon pigments in this palette will have more cracking due to the drier pigment formula. This is normal! You are able to smooth out the cracks by using ProLong. Store safely in your kit to prevent colors from breaking.

¿Cómo aplicar y quitar esta pintura Special FX?
Aplica ProAiir Solids con una esponja, o pincel activándolo con ProAiir Prolong. NO uses agua para activar este producto.
