ProAiir Solids

NOTICE: at our store we sell not only face and body paints and tools but also Special FX (SFX) products designed to be used for special effects only. UV/Neon colors that have that notice on their description and/or name indicate that they are NOT considered a cosmetic product within the USA and Europe. The  Proaiir UV/Neon products have yet to be tested by the USA FDA for cosmetic safety so manufacturers have labeled them and sell them as a Special FX product to be used on clothing, over prosthetics, etc. to create a black light glow effect. This warning does not apply to all countries that we sell to, please look into your own country's regulations for neon paints. Any Neon/UV paint without that warning has been determined to be cosmetic compliant by the manufacturer. At Jest Paint we don't label these products and are not responsible for manufacturer's claims or label's compliance, but we do our best to make sure that the label information provided to us is available on our website as well. Proaiir Solids are a new Hybrid paint in a solid cake form. These bold colors can be activated with Proaiir Prolong Barrier Spray/Thinner. Proaiir Solids have the same great qualities as the liquid Hybrid paints, they are water resistant and perfect for water parties in the summer. Proaiir Solids should be removed with liquid hand soap or rubbing alcohol. If you are looking for a long lasting, easy to use Hybrid product, you have to try the Solids! Proaiir also added Black Light Reactive UV Solid colors. These will have a neon glow under black lights. Please read the full description about UV paints before ordering. The cakes containing neons are labeled as NON-COSMETIC and for painting paper, clothing, prosthetics etc. 

Due to high flammability levels ProAiir Prolong activator CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED WITHIN THE USA AND CAN'T BE SHIPPED  TO APO/FPO/DPO addresses or International addresses. In order for your package to be shipped using air mail within the USA, the package can not be over 25lbs and it can't have more than 48 Fl Oz of Alcohol Based products. If these conditions are not met, we will contact you to arrange a different shipping method for US orders. International orders cannot be shipped. Our apologies!
