What is this used for?
is designed for loading up glitter creams to apply to the skin. The filbert shape and firm yet flexible silicone material is great for adding small dabs or larger swaths of glitter on the face and body. It is also great if you love colorful brushes in your kit!
How do I use this correctly?
To use, swipe or scrape out glitter from gel pots or cream cakes with the Magic Touch wand and smoothly press the glitter onto the skin, flattening out all of the particles. You can also moisten the wand with water or gel and dip it into loose glitter and then apply that to the skin.
To clean, wash your Magic Touch wand with hand soap or professional brush soap between uses. You can also use makeup removers like Jest Paint Brush and Body Wash,
To store your paint brushes and tools, make sure to keep them in a protective case when transporting them to your gigs. I suggest a brush wallet for an organized display on the job, and for safe storage. When you get home from a gig, wash your brushes as needed and let your brushes fully dry out before closing the wallet up for long term storage.
Tips: Drying with a towel to keep water from soaking into the ferrule, which can lead to cracking of the painted handle over time. Make sure not to leave your applicators in water or gel bases while working, the moisture can damage the handles.
What are the characteristics / dimensions of this ?
This is made of a wooden handle and nickel ferrule with a silicone tip. The wooden handle comes with a custom pastel rainbow paint job that is coated to help prevent paint chipping. Each color on the handle is painted one at a time, making this a complex custom paint job that really pops!
These are the approximate measurements of the Magic Touch applicator: Silicone tip length: 1.4cm / 1/2" inches. Hair width at base: 0.9cm / 3/8 inch. Total Brush length: 18.8cm / 6 5/8" inches. The handle width/diameter is 5/16".
Some pro advice If you are looking for a glitter applicator instead of using your fingers, this is what you need. Dipping your fingers into your glitter creams and gels might be a fast and effective way to apply glitter, but it definitely isn't sanitary and can give your clients a bad impression.

This is made of synthetic hypoallergenic materials that are considered non toxic and safe to use with water based and cream / oil based products, including face paints and other forms of makeup. The bristles are soft and won't scratch the skin. Since the bristles are synthetic, they don't contain animal proteins which means that they have a lower risk of causing allergic reactions. They easily pick up, but don't hold on tightly to the product, which also makes them easier to use and to clean. This makes them a more sanitary choice. The metal ferrules are made of nickel.
