What materials are used in this KingArt brush?
KINGART® Original Gold series synthetic brushes are made from high quality Golden Taklon filaments to create brush heads that are extremely durable, easy to care for and versatile. Each brush is designed to mimic the qualities of natural hair, including exceptional paint-holding capacity, at a reduced cost. Each brush holds its shape well and consists of filaments that are dyed and baked to increase softness and absorption. The filaments of each brush are bound together with nickel-plated brass ferrules and crimped at the bottom to ensure an extra-secure bond to the handle. Each wooden handle is ergonomically crafted to reduce muscle fatigue and are carefully balanced to provide maximum control.
What are the dimensions of this product?
This brush is 7 3/4" long from tip to end, and the bristles 7/8" long. The brush is 3/8" wide at the base of the bristles.
How do I use this brush?
Get your brush wet, wipe the end of it against the edge of your water container, rub against your dry cake until you create a creamy consistency and then paint on the face/body. See the directions below on how to make multi-colored petals with this brush.
What is this KingArt 9930 Flora brush best for?
The Oval Floral #6 Petal brush is specifically designed to face paint petals, leaves, and stems (use the tip of the brush to paint stems). You can paint pictures of flowers and leaves more effectively using this Floral Petal brush and speed up your designs without sacrificing on quality. This brush is great to double or triple load and create instant outlines for your petals and a colored center or tip. Simply load a light color on one side, a darker color on the other side and a different color on the tip of the brush. Press the brush against the skin on the lighter color side and the brush will print a petal shape with a light center, a dark outline and a different color tip.
