please read the following information before adding shipping insurance to your cart.

Please note: This shipping insurance does NOT cover the following:
- Loss, damage, shortage, or non-arrival of any parcel and its contents which is addressed incorrectly, items damaged due to heat or cold, including frozen products, or cracked paint for which the container is fine, only the actual paint is cracked.

CLAIMS

IMPORTANT: The package recipient should hold damaged items and damaged packaging in the event they are requested during claims processing. Failure to retain or physically report damaged property to a local post office could affect final settlement of the claim. A copy of the invoice or information to find such copy will be needed to process the claim. Failure to provide an invoice or information to find it, will make it impossible for us to file a claim.

PLEASE NOTE: when buying shipping insurance you agree to the following policies depending on who we buy the insurance from. Currently we are buying insurance from InsureShield, up until Nov 23rd 2025 the insurance provider was Shipsurance.
