Welcome to our Jest Rewards points program, where you can easily earn points and redeem them for exciting coupon codes that will save you money on future orders! Please read our Q&A section below to learn how to use our program.

How do I sign up for your rewards program?

To sign up to our Rewards program you need to create an account in our site either by registering or while placing an order and choosing to register then. You can create an account by scrolling all the way down to our website’s footer and under MY ACCOUNT select the REGISTER option, or by clicking on the REWARDS floating tab that shows on the bottom right corner of our website and selection the option CREATE A STORE ACCOUNT.

Where do I see my accumulated rewards?

You can see your Rewards by clicking on the REWARDS floating tab that shows on the bottom right corner of our website and then login in.

How can I earn points?

There are many fun ways to earn points. Read below how to easily earn points at Jest Paint:

Placing a Retail (not wholesale) Order = 2 Jest Rewards for Every Dollar Spent (after discounts, before shipping, handling and taxes)

Punch Card: for every 5 orders of $50 (net) or more you will receive 50 Jest Rewards Points (this can be done up to 5 times per customer)

Do my Jest Reward Points expire?

Your Jest Rewards Points do not expire, they will stay on your account for as long as you keep an account with us. Only reason why points might expire is if we decide to discontinue our Rewards program or change it, in which case you will be notified ahead of time by email to use your Rewards. If by any chance the app we use for our Rewards program is discontinued that will also cause your Rewards points to expire, in this case we will depend on them giving us enough notice to let you know and give you a chance to use them before they expire.

What happens if I cancel an order or it is partially refunded?

Points are only awarded to orders that have been fulfilled and not cancelled or returned. Any partial or total refunds will affect your Rewards for that order based on what is the new net total worth of products once the refund has been issued.

How can I redeem my Jest Rewards Points?

Please follow the steps below to redeem your points:

1st - Click on the REWARDS tab.

2nd - Click on Log in.

3rd - Enter your log in information and log in.

4th - Click on the Rewards tab again

5th -Click on REDEEM next to the option you want based on how many points you have and how many you wish to redeem.

6th -Click on the green check mark if you agree or the red x if you wan to select a different option.

7th -Click on the COPY button to copy the gift card code.

8th -Paste the Gift Card code at CHECKOUT right under the shopping cart list on the PAYMENT page.

Your rewards points will be reduced based on the reward you claimed to reflect a new balance, which is available on the history tab of the rewards page : jestpaint.com/pages/reward

How can I check my Jest Rewards Points balance?

You can check your points balance any time by visiting your Rewards page:jestpaint.com/pages/reward

If you are eligible to redeem your points for a reward you will see a "Redeem" button next to rewards you qualify for

Do I get Reward Points for orders placed over the phone or by email?

Since our Reward Program is integrated into our online shopping site, points are only calculated and awarded when you place your order online using our website.
