How to apply and remove it?
Apply with a dampened sponge or brush. In general, neons are more transparent than regular colors and will need more loading.We recommend that you apply water to your brush or sponge and then load the paint rather than spraying your paints. These colors remove easily with soap and water from most surfaces.
What is this product best for?
Neon blue is best for black light use only. It is hard to get an opaque coverage with it under regular light and it doesn't have a glowing effect unless it is under a black light.
What else should I know?
Neon colors are made with pigments that have not been approved by the USA Cosmetic Regulator to be used in cosmetics (the agency has not tested them yet for cosmetic use). According to the manufacturer they have been independently tested and determined safe for cosmetic use by independent labs and by other government agencies in different countries. Following the regulator’s guidelines, they are labeled as a Special FX Product - Prosthetic Paint (for professional use only) - Not a cosmetic Product Apply product to prosthetic appliances, bald caps, clothing, etc. This applies ONLY to the UV/Neon pigments in this product and not to the rest of the pigments, and ONLY in the USA and some parts of Europe.
AG cakes are vegan and they are not tested on animals. They contain no parabens or lanolin to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. TAG cakes are made in Taiwan under the direction of TAG Body Art in Australia. (DFX has a Neon Blue that only contain ingredients that have been approved by the FDA to be used in cosmetics.)
Some products include perfume (hydroxy-methylpentylcyclohexenecarboxaldehyde). Contains small parts that could cause a choking hazard. Avoid contact with fabrics. Remove with soap and water. Some trace of color main remain after washing. Paint contained in this package is hypo-allergenic and non toxic. Made in Taiwan.

El azul neón es mejor para uso con luz negra solamente. Es difícil obtener una cobertura opaca con luz normal y no tiene un efecto brillante a menos que esté bajo una luz negra.

Todos los colores de neón son hipoalergénicos.
