Use Tulip Fabric Dimensional Paint to connect all of your jewels and gems and create amazing gem clusters that will take your face painting designs to the next level.

To use it simply draw a design with TULIP's puffy fabric dimensional paint over an acetate sheet, then add the gems on top and allow to dry. Never apply this product directly on to the skin before it dries since it can cause irritation. For extra safety you can paint the back of your clusters with liquid band-aid or adhere them to a sheet of medical tape. 

Once dry the paint with still be 3 dimensional and will add a more professional look to your gem clusters when compared to just using medical tape or other methods to build your own bling.
