UV/Neon colors that have that notice on their description and/or name indicate that they are NOT considered a cosmetic product within the USA and Europe. These TAG UV/Neon products have yet to be tested by the USA FDA for cosmetic safety so manufacturers have labeled them and sell them as a Special FX product to be used on clothing, over prosthetics, etc. to create a black light glow effect. This warning does not apply to all countries that we sell to, please look into your own country's regulations for neon paints. TAG 1 strokes are perfect for 1 stroke face and body painting designs (except those marked as non cosmetic)! Use with a 1" or 3/4" flat or angle brush, and paint roses, peacocks, snakes, fairy eye masks and so much more!  The cakes containing neons are labeled as NON-COSMETIC and for painting paper, clothing, prosthetics etc.
