Ruby Red - UV Neon and Special FX Colors

Ruby Red Neons are made of FDA compliant pigments for cosmetics! They are best for use under BBL Blacklights. The colors besides their UV White, Pink and Red do not show up very well under regular lights. Ruby Red UV colors are not vegan.
