NEON PAINT SFX NOTICE: We carry both cosmetic face/body paints and Special FX (SFX) products. Any UV/Neon color labeled as Special FX is not considered a cosmetic product in the USA or Europe. Many neon/UV products have not been tested by the USA FDA for cosmetic use, so manufacturers label them for special effects only (paper, clothing, prosthetics, etc.) to create a blacklight glow. Regulations may vary by country, so please check your local guidelines. Neon/UV paints without this warning are considered cosmetic compliant by the manufacturer. Proaiir Paints are perfect for long lasting face and body painting designs!  These are ideal for temporary tattoos, pool parties, dances and athletic events! The cakes containing neons are labeled as NON-COSMETIC and for painting paper, clothing, prosthetics etc. 
ProAiir INKs can last days and need to be removed with rubbing alcohol, and ProAiir Hybrid paints can be removed with hand soap.
