Mehron's Precious Gem Powders can be used directly on the skin or over face paint to add a wonderful shimmer and shine to your creations! These soft pearly powders are made with cosmetic grade micas. Add to Mehron Mixing Liquid if you would like to apply them thickly with a brush. We also added the Mehron Intense Powders to this category since you can use them together.
