How do I apply and remove this product?

First you are going to want to pour a small amount of powder on a mixing plate or in the cap of the product. You can choose to add the mixing liquid at this point to decide if you want a more intense water-proof/smudge-proof glow, if not that’s awesome too! Lastly you are just going to apply it with a brush, sponge or even your finger! You can remove this product with soap and water!
