How to apply and remove Global paint?
Load a moist sponge by sweeping from side to side across the cake. Choose a sponge or brush size based on how many colors you want to pick up. Hold the cake so that any dripping paint will run down the color of the stripe, and not across the whole rainbow. You want the paint to be fully loaded, appearing wet and shiny, but not drippy. Make sure that your brush or sponge is lined up with the correct colors when you reload. Rinse and repeat if colors start to get muddy.

All Global neon colors are made with high quality ingredients, containing no fragrance, prarbens, or palm oil to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. Neon colors, like in many other brands, are made with pigments that have not been approved by the FDA to be used in cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) but they have been independently tested and have been determined safe for cosmetic use by independent laboratories. Following FDA guidelines these colors are labeled as a Special FX products to be used on prosthetics, clothing, etc. Global cakes are made in Taiwan.
