HOW TO MEASURE

Body Length:
Lay garment flat (face down). Measure from center back neckline seam straight down to bottom of the front hem.

Body Width:
Lay garment flat. 1" below the armhole flat measure the garment across the chest.

Sleeve Length:
Lay garment flat (face down). Measure from center back neck to outer edge of shoulder seam, then along outer edge to sleeve end.

How to Re-Iron Glitter Lettering

What you'll need:

  • Household iron (steam OFF)
  • Parchment paper, Teflon sheet, or a thin cotton pressing cloth
  • Flat, heat-resistant surface

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the iron to the cotton setting (typically around 300–320°F / 150–160°C for most glitter HTV). Avoid extremely high heat, as glitter finishes can be damaged.
  2. Lay the shirt flat on a hard surface. Smooth out any wrinkles.
  3. Position the lettering exactly where it belongs.
  4. Cover the glitter lettering with parchment paper or a pressing cloth. Never place the iron directly on glitter vinyl.
  5. Press firmly for 10–15 seconds. Do not slide the iron back and forth; use straight downward pressure.
  6. Lift the iron and check whether the edges have adhered. If necessary, repeat for another 5–10 seconds.
  7. Allow the area to cool completely before testing adhesion.

If the Lettering Is Still Lifting

  • Turn the shirt inside out and press from the back side for 10–15 seconds.
  • Then press again from the front with parchment paper protecting the glitter.
  • If the adhesive has deteriorated from washing or age, reheating alone may not permanently fix it. In that case, a heat press or replacement lettering may be needed.

Care After Repair

  • Wait 24 hours before washing.
  • Wash inside out in cold water.
  • Avoid bleach and high-heat drying to help the lettering last longer.
