What is the GTX NEON Water Resistant Cream Kit Best For?
If you are looking for a paint to use at parties during the summer where there might be a pool, bounce house or dance floor, GTX water resistant paints are what you are looking for! These colors are black light reactive!
You only need a small amount of paint to create one stroke designs. Apply on clean surface for best results.
This product is MOCRA registered, but does contain some neon pigments that have not been tested by the FDA for cosmetic use. Please read more information below before making your purchase.
You can sponge GTX through glitter tattoo adhesive stencils to create tattoos that may last a few days if taken care of. They have a very similar texture to acrylic paint.
The airless pumps make them perfect for use where you want to eliminate cross contamination.
If you like working with liquid paints for 1 stroke art work, you are going to love these. They dry slowly so you have more time for blending and re-loading.
How do you use the GTX Water Resistant Cream Kit?
If you haven't used liquid paints before, there will be a learning curve to get started with GTX cream paints. Once you have the knack you are going to love the fact that you can create your own one stroke color combos on a whim!
Just select the colors that you want for a 1 stroke combo and squirt out a small dot of paint one at a time on a palette in a line up so that they are side by side. So for a rose you might want to make a dot of Rodeo Red, Watermelon Crawl and White.
Swipe your dry flat, filbert or angle brush over the paint until it is fully loaded. Allow the paint to dry before layering on lighter colors. It may take a few minutes for the paint to dry, depending on how thick you have applied it. Try to apply it as thinly as possible to get the most out of the product.
If you want to have time to play with the paint and blend more for full face designs, apply it a little more thickly, but remember a little paint goes a long way.
You can also apply GTX Cream paints with a fine pore paint sponge.
Clean off your palette between clients for maximum sanitation.
Do not use a wet brush or dilute the paints with water or alcohol because they are silicone based. It will ruin the paint if you add anything to it and will lose it's long lasting water resistant properties.
You can do line work, tear drops and small details with this paint as well!
How to remove GTX water resistant cream paint?
Wash brushes with Alcohol between uses. Allow brush to dry before using again.
Remove the paint from the with an oil based cleanser, micellar water, or oils like coconut, olive etc. Rub into the paint until it breaks down and then rinse away. It may take a few minutes of rubbing to get all of the paint to release before you rinse.
Paints will last longer if you do not apply friction to the finished designs, and keep lotions and soaps away until you are ready to remove it. Some colors may crack and flake if applied too thickly and then rubbed. This product can last for days, but will slowly fade over time from friction while sleeping or sweat and natural body oils breaking it down.
