How to apply and remove this paint?
Apply Global Colours neon paints with a dampened sponge or brush. We recommend painters or parents to apply water to your painting brush or sponge and then load the paint rather than spraying your paints. This new line of special fx neon paint is virtually non-staining and easy to remove with soap and water from most surfaces.
What is Global Colours Neon Blue best for?
All Global Neon colors are very bright under black light and can be successfully used for base work and line work (unlike other brands of neon colors that are hard to use for doing line work). All Global Neon colors are black light reactive. This neon blue is not as bright as other neon colors under regular sunlight, but it will glow well under black light. It can be used to achieve crhoma depth effects, using the blue as a more distant color in contrast with a pink or orange that appear closer. Great for water and winter inspired designs that will glow under black light.

All Global neon colors are made with high quality ingredients, containing no fragrance, prarbens, or palm oil to reduce the risk of allergic reactions.
Neon colors are made with pigments that have not been approved by the USA Cosmetic Regulator to be used in cosmetics (the agency has not tested them yet for cosmetic use). According to the manufacturer they have been independently tested and determined safe for cosmetic use by independent labs and by other government agencies in different countries. Following the regulator’s guidelines, they are labeled as a Special FX Product - Prosthetic Paint (for professional use only) - Not a cosmetic Product Apply product to prosthetic appliances, bald caps, clothing, etc. This applies ONLY to the UV/Neon pigments in this product and not to the rest of the pigments, and ONLY in the USA and some parts of Europe.
Global cakes are made in Taiwan.
