What is the Pink Passion DFX Rainbow best for?
Please keep in mind that this Special Effects neon pink paint in this cake has neon pigments that have yet to be tested by the USA FDA to be classified as a cosmetic product.
Neon colors are made with pigments that have not been approved by the USA Cosmetic Regulator to be used in cosmetics (the agency has not tested them yet for cosmetic use). According to the manufacturer they have been independently tested and determined safe for cosmetic use by independent labs and by other government agencies in different countries. Following the regulator’s guidelines, they are labeled as a Special FX Product - Prosthetic Paint (for professional use only) - Not a cosmetic Product Apply product to prosthetic appliances, bald caps, clothing, etc. This applies ONLY to the UV/Neon pigments in this product and not to the rest of the pigments, and ONLY in the USA and some parts of Europe.
How to apply and remove this paint?
TIPS for using Rainbow Cakes: The large split cakes can be used in their entirety if you load all of the colors up on half of a circle sponge. You can load the flat side of the sponge, or the rounded side. If you load on the rounded side you have more control over how much of the rainbow you want to press against the skin as you work around the face. You simply rock the sponge and pat as you move around the face. If you use the flat side of the sponge you will get the whole rainbow on the face, unless you pull up one of the edges of the sponge…which can lead to messy hands.
You can also use your round, flat or filbert brushes to load two or more colors from the cake, depending on the width of the brush you choose. You could use half of the cake for a gradient back ground, and the remaining colors to put flowers, hearts etc. on top, and everything will match. You might like trying to load two to three colors and sponging those coming out in staggered stripes from around the eye, and then filing in the space with the other 2-3 colors flipped, so that you have actually changed the order of the colors for variety sake. Have fun! Play with your cakes and try new things to keep you happily painting!

¿Cómo aplicar y quitar esta pintura?
CONSEJOS para usar Rainbow Cakes: Los envases grandes se pueden usar en su totalidad si cargas todos los colores en la mitad de una esponja circular. Puedes cargar el lado plano de la esponja o el lado redondeado. Si cargas en el lado redondeado, tienes más control sobre la cantidad de arco iris que desees presionar contra la piel cuando trabajas alrededor de la cara. Simplemente mueve la esponja y aplica mientras te mueves por la cara. Si usas el lado plano de la esponja, obtendrás todo el arco iris en la cara, a menos que levantes uno de los bordes de la esponja... lo que puede provocar diseños improlijos.
También puedes usar tus pinceles redondos o planos para cargar dos o más colores, dependiendo del ancho del pincel que elijas. Podrías usar la mitad de la pastilla para un fondo degradado y los colores restantes para poner flores, corazones, etc. encima, y todo combinará. Es posible que desees cargar dos o tres colores alternados de la pastilla y aplicarlos alrededor del ojo, y luego rellenar el espacio con los otros 2-3 colores invertidos, para que realmente cambies el orden de los colores para mas variedad. ¡Que te diviertas! ¡Juega con tus Rainbow Cakes y prueba cosas nuevas para mantenerte alegre pintando!
