UV/Neon colors that have that notice on their description and/or name indicate that they are not considered a cosmetic product within the USA and Europe. Many of the GTX neon/uv products have yet to be tested by the USA FDA for cosmetic safety so manufacturers have labeled them and sell them as a Special FX product to be used on paper, clothing, over prosthetics, etc. to create a black light glow effect. The soft glycerin based paint is easy to cut and press into other containers and inserts. GTX also has empty containers that you can use, along with cutting tools and stamps to press your paints in nicely.
Only use GTX paints when crafting your cakes to maintain product liability coverage by the manufacturer. Before purchase, please make sure to read the important information from the manufacturer about neon SFX cakes and about creating your own GTX cakes. Just open a product and carefully read the description.
