To Apply: Swipe your DRY flat, filbert or angle brush over the paint until it is fully loaded. Paint on the skin like you would any other face paint.  Besides brushes, you can apply GTX Cream paints with a high-density face paint or makeup up wedge sponges. Allow the paint to dry before layering on colors. Dry time highly depends on how thick you have applied it. Allow to dry for 10 minutes before exposing the paint to water. Use a travel fan to speed up drying time. You can use setting powder to dust over the paint to remove any tacky feeling. Do no use setting sprays.
